From one mum to another...

I too have suffocated under the weight of the daily grind that comes with being a mum. Feeling unfocused, overwhelmed, stressed, anxious.

Five years ago I was a different person. No balance in my life and zero time to heal the emotional wounds from my past. I just didn’t have the tools to put myself at the top of my to-do list.

Change had to occur…not only for my own health but for the legacy I wanted to leave behind.

Using brain-based strategies and effective mind-body tools, I have been able to release myself from limiting beliefs and break the cycle of passing on unhealthy behaviours to my children.

On this retreat, I will share with you how I did it! I guide you to shift from stress and overwhelm to radiating calm and peace in in every area of your life.

Looking after your emotional health is often overlooked by busy mums, yet it is the greatest gift we can give to ourselves and our children.

For 3 days and 2 nights…

Escape to the private, picturesque Cowan Bay Coastal Estate on the Mahurangi Harbour, 40 minutes north of Auckland city. With it’s own private jetty and surrounding native bush, you will have plenty of space to unwind, take a dip in the pool, soak in the hot tub, play tennis, go on nature walks, curl up with a book, kayak, lounge around and eat delicious food.

Not included: round trip airfare and shuttle to/from retreat venue.


No kids, no work, no cooking, no laundry, no to do list.

The retreat was an incredible time to zone out of the busy and many demands of life and to instead tune into oneself. The motivating and insightful sessions inspired everyone to really think about how they live their day to day life and how they might want to alter this to be the best version of themselves.
