My role is to discover alongside you, what is keeping you from achieving unprecedented levels of wellbeing and energy, and living a life you love.

Life is busy and your time is precious, yet creating inner balance and having all of life work is equally important.

I look at the key areas of your health and wellbeing in a holistic way. We will quickly highlight your blind spots, get to the source of any issue and design a range of fast working disciplines for change.
You will be guided, supported and held accountable at a pace that is right for you and your lifestyle.

About Clancy

I bring two decades of study and practice to each session, you can expect a powerful mix of intuition, and research-based methodology.

To begin, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to people interested in using my services. It’s a great way for me to find out a bit more about what you’re hoping to achieve, and to see if we are a fit for one another.

For those interested in working with me, I offer coaching packages, which can be one-on-one by Zoom or in person and differ in length according to your needs.

I have health issues that impact the quality of my life

Passionate about natural therapies from a young age, I trained and qualified as a Therapeutic Massage Practitioner and Holistic Wellbeing Coach.

Throughout my life I have experienced a number of personal challenges that led me on a journey of self-discovery, healing and transformation.

Experiencing the power of meditation and mindfulness personally, I went on to become accredited in Mindful Cognitive Therapy and Emotional Intelligence. Much needed skills in our everyday life.

I have had many coaching sessions with Clancy over the years and she is my go to person when I need new and better ways to deal with life situations that are difficult or if I’m stuck on things. She has this innate gift of being able to see what you can’t and being able to guide you to answers you didn’t know you had in you. What can seem impossible becomes possible in a whole new way and Clancy always inspires me to see situations and myself in a new light.
