One-Day Wellbeing Retreat

Overlooking the ocean, Kula Muriwai just 40 minutes from Auckland city, set in a tranquil setting – the ideal location to relax, rejuvenate and learn new ways to be mindful at home and work. With lots of time to just ‘be’, we have a good balance of movement, resting and insight – giving you the chance to learn new wellbeing hacks to weave into your home and work life.

If you’re keen to let go and connect, enjoy a nourishing plant-based lunch or simply desire some time away from busyness and distractions, then we’d love to support you on your wellbeing journey. Creating unforgettable moments for every individual is the focus of our fun and inspiring retreats. Come along and be nurtured with good food, laughable moments and some learning gems.
